Quirino

Quirino is a land of wild forests, rugged mountains and the rivers themselves are actually ideal for whitewater rafting, lie along Governor Rapids at Maddela, where a series of limestone walls jut out from one side of the extensive Cagayan River. The province is a hodgepodge of different cultural and tribal groups such as the Ilongots and Aetas, all speaking various northern languages. Other natural wonders include Aglipay Caves in Aglipay, Nagbukel Caves at Diffun, and Nagtipunan Rain forest.
